Fourteen28 Quantity Surveyors (Pty) Ltd was founded by Gavin Coleske at the beginning of 2021, after ten years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Our vision is to provide quantity surveying services to the highest standards with excellence, integrity, and transparency.

We are based in the heart of Stellenbosch on the iconic Dorp Street, overlooking the picturesque Stellenbosch and Helderberg mountains. With projects within walking distance from our office to Hermanus and Plettenberg Bay, we have had the privilege of working on commercial, residential, and industrial projects across the beautiful Western Cape.
